As a Back Server, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless service by supporting our Servers, maintaining the dining room, and helping create an elevated experience that exceeds guest expectations.

Responsibilities

The Back Server is an essential member of Grayson's service team. Working alongside Servers, Bartenders, and culinary staff, this role helps ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, polished, and memorable dining experience. Responsibilities include delivering food, clearing and resetting tables, refilling beverages, maintaining dining room cleanliness, and anticipating guest needs while supporting the flow of service throughout each shift.

• Guest Experience: Support the service team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Dining Room Operations: Clear, clean, and reset tables according to Grayson's standards.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Servers, Bartenders, and the Culinary Team.
• Operational Excellence: Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time or part-time position requiring flexibility based on business needs. Scheduling may include: Lunch and dinner shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays, special events and private functions.
