Responsibilities

• Adhere to Hollywood Perryville and all Food and Beverage Policies.
• Greet guests with a warm, friendly smile and deliver ACES Guest Service during all interactions.
• Enthusiastically support, promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in line with department and Company standards.
• Consistently deliver high-quality food and service to ensure repeat visits from local and international guests.
• Demonstrate behavior aligned with Property and Departmental Service Guarantees and Property Core Values.
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance as per established policies.
• Carry dirty dishes from the dining room to the kitchen.
• Wipe table tops and chairs according to departmental Health Standards.
• Set tables with silverware and glassware.
• Replenish clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in the dining room.
• Assist servers with guests’ dining experience.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Perform any task assigned by the dining room manager, chef, or supervisor.
• Maintain valid licensing and training credentials as applicable for the role.
• Perform other duties as assigned by department and/or company management.

Pay

Starting salary: $15.00 per hour.
