Part Time - Back Server

About the role

The Back Server is responsible for supporting front-of-house service to enhance guest experience and uphold quality standards in a historic hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers and bartenders
• Deliver food and beverages
• Prepare bar syrups
• Polish glassware and flatware
• Reset tables
• Manage cleanliness of dining and service areas
• Handle sanitation of service stations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of safety standards
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Skills

• Dependable work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
