Pet Paradise is seeking a Resort Supervisor with leadership experience and growth potential for its open position.

Essential Functions

  • Provide direct supervision of Resort Associates and Playtime Coordinators, leading, training, and coaching based on company standards, policies, and guidelines.
  • Aid the management team with training, assigning, directing work, coaching, and conducting employee performance reviews.
  • Report and document potential hazards or behavioral problems involving guests or employees to the management team.
  • Maintain cleanliness of suites and guest areas, feed, exercise, and provide daily care for all guests.
  • Assist new and existing team members in completing required LMS courses and training guides.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the management team.

Qualifications

  • Significant physical labor including pet handling, walking, cleaning, and maintenance of suites.
  • Strong organizational, cash management, and sales skills.
  • Prior supervisory experience highly preferred.
  • Comfortable leading by example, including hands-on task management.
  • Comfortable around dogs of all sizes and physically able to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
