What You’ll Do
- Lead daily Back of House operations in a high-volume brunch environment
- Ensure consistent execution of recipes, preparation standards, and food quality
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Oversee inventory management, product ordering, and proper food rotation
- Partner with store leadership to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction
- Train new team members while supporting ongoing skill development
- Execute new menu rollouts and culinary initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve kitchen systems, organization, and efficiency
- Lead by example during peak service periods
- Support both Front of House and Back of House teams in delivering the Biscuit Love experience
What You’ll Bring
- Previous kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Full availability, including weekends, holidays, and opening shifts
- Strong communication and training skills
- A team-first mindset and commitment to developing others
- Experience with inventory management, ordering, and food cost awareness
- Ability to stay organized and make sound decisions under pressure
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 55 lbs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
