Hiring and Training Direct Reports

• Hire the right people for your team based on skills and cultural fit
• Train and coach direct reports to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed
• Coach and mentor direct reports to help them grow and develop

Delegation and Performance Management

• Delegating tasks to direct reports in a way that empowers them to take ownership and responsibility
• Setting clear expectations and goals for direct reports to achieve
• Providing regular feedback and coaching to help direct reports improve and grow

Operations and Efficiency

• Ensuring high-performance operations that attract and retain customers through excellent food quality and service
• Implementing proper scheduling to align with labor budgets
• Managing inventory and ordering of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages to maintain cost of goods targets
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and inspiring direct reports to uphold these standards

Supporting the General Manager

• Assisting the General Manager in ensuring operations run smoothly
• Supporting the General Manager in overseeing facility and equipment maintenance

Skills and Qualifications

• Up to date ServSafe certification
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• A strong base of culinary knowledge
• Leadership skills and conflict resolution skills
• Physically able to work a full shift on feet and lift up to 50 lbs
• Working knowledge of scheduling systems, POS systems, and inventory ordering systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (a huge plus)
• Able to work days, nights, and weekends
