Hiring and Training Direct Reports

• Hire the right people and train them properly
• Coach them to strive for humble accountability
• Delegate tasks to direct reports to help them grow

High-Performance Operations

• Ensure operations are efficient and align with labor budgets
• Manage inventory and order non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages to maintain cost of goods targets
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and inspire direct reports to uphold these standards

Supporting the General Manager

• Ensure operations are efficient and aligned with labor budgets
• Support the General Manager in ensuring facility and equipment maintenance is performed as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Up-to-date ServSafe certification
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong culinary knowledge
• Leadership skills and conflict resolution skills
• Physically capable of working full shifts on feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of scheduling systems, POS systems, and inventory ordering systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)
• Able to work days, nights, and weekends
