Bachelors or Masters - Marketing Co-Op (Spring 2027)

About the role

CDM Smith is seeking a full-time Communications Co-Op to join our Marketing & Communications team. Located in our Boston, MA office, this position will work with internal communications staff to help promote the brand, culture and enterprise communication initiatives for one of the largest engineering firms in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Writing emails, news releases, social media content, and website content
• Editing website via a content management system
• Social media monitoring and data gathering
• Supporting internal and/or external communication campaigns
• Project collaboration and brainstorming
• Developing and implementing content for cdmsmith.com, Viva Engage, video, email, social media and more
• Monitoring and engaging with employees and followers across digital channels
• Researching, capturing and analyzing data on communication efforts to improve performance
• Supporting various brand campaigns through hands‑on communications activities

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (required)
• Strong interest in marketing (preferred)
