Responsibilities

• Support content marketing efforts through our website, video, email, social media and live events; help craft collateral for new business development; and roll up their sleeves with marketing operations activities to support sales efforts and marketing campaigns.
• Help research, write and edit effective qualifications statements and proposals; develop graphically oriented, compelling presentations; and assist closely with other business development and marketing initiatives, such as internal and external communication campaigns, public outreach, and strategic planning.
• Help provide cross-functional generalist support for key functions—sales, marketing, finance, and operations; work closely with the unit president, sales and delivery directors, finance director, marketing manager, and other key staff, gaining exposure and experience in the running of a business unit within a large corporation.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required. Currently enrolled and taking courses towards a bachelors degree.

Skills

• Self-starter interested in contributing to various assignments across business disciplines.
• Teamwork-first approach, willing to learn and take on challenging tasks.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Fully versed in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Solid business writing and communication ability

Pay

Pay range: $21.13 – $38.76 per hour.
