BA - Techno Functional

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders on scope definition, business requirements and functional specifications and create BRDs/FRDs.
• Coordinate between business & technology teams for preparation and implementation of project plans and present weekly project status report.
• Work with subject matter experts to produce relevant artifacts (process flow charts, user requirements, user guides, release notes).
• Experienced on manual testing in Integration & UAT environments.
• Hands-on experience on Java, Struts 1.1, EJB 2, Oracle PL SQL and data analysis exposure.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Java, Struts 1.1, EJB 2 and Oracle PL SQL required.
• 8+ years prior experience in financial services working on medium to large-scale projects.
• Excellent understanding of the Treasury function within a bank with 5+ years of industry experience.
• Domain experience in Treasury area with specific focus in Liquidity Risk Management/Reporting area.
• Familiarity with Liquidity Risk and Regulatory Reporting for multinational banks.
• Strong knowledge of Regulatory Reporting Practices, Risk Measurement and Analysis.
• Solid understanding of financial products.
• BS/BA required (MS/MBA a plus).
