About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational functions within the department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational functions including logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to maintain cost-effective and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on operational goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management tools is preferred.
Qualifications
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of operational managers.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operations management.
- Experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
Skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
