BA – Operations/Functional

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational functions within the department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational functions including logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to maintain cost-effective and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on operational goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and mentor a team of operational managers.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operations management.
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
