Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new B2B leads across industries and geographies
- Close deals through consultative selling, discovery, and tailored quoting
- Manage and grow accounts by delivering consistent value and building long-term relationships
- Respond to and convert inbound leads from digital channels, referrals, and marketing
- Use TORQ CRM to track pipeline stages, call metrics, and follow-up tasks
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals using intuitive quoting software
- Maintain and exceed monthly sales goals, call activity quotas, and revenue targets
- Collaborate with design, production, and operations to ensure smooth project execution
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a consultative or high-ticket environment
- Proven ability to prospect, close, and manage full sales cycles
- Money-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Proficiency with CRM systems (TORQ preferred) and quoting platforms
- Comfortable working a hybrid schedule and traveling occasionally
