B2B Sales Executive
About the role
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to join their expanding team in Houston. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your sales career in a supportive and high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through strategic prospecting and networking
- Conduct compelling presentations and service demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Manage the entire sales process, including negotiations and closing contracts
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of outside B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong prospecting and territory development skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales data management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Outgoing and entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to selling
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
