B2B Sales/Business Development - Green Bay

About the role

Our client, a growing workforce solutions provider, is looking for a Sales Executive to own new business development across the Green Bay and Appleton markets. You'll spend most of your day in the field building relationships with manufacturers and industrial employers who need welders, maintenance techs, automation technicians, and CNC talent, backed by a commission plan built to reward fast results.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for new clients through in-person drop-ins, cold calling, referrals, and market research (about 80% field, 20% office)
• Leading consultative conversations with decision-makers about their skilled trades hiring needs and workforce challenges
• Delivering presentations, proposals, and pricing, and managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close
• Partnering with Operations and Safety on site visits, onboarding, and growing existing accounts
• Building and managing your pipeline and keeping CRM records up to date

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of new business development
• Knowledge of skilled trades roles and terminology; skilled trades staffing experience is highly preferred
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with the drive to work independently
• Reliable transportation for daily field-based prospecting

Pay

Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 base + commission ($100K+ OTE in year one)

Schedule

Field‑based role with approximately 80% of time spent in the field and 20% in the office.
