Those selected for the sales team complete Autonomy’s career training program and formal job orientation before entering the certification process. Following certification and activation, all commissions from completed sales are paid within three days.

Career Path

• First Year: Autonomy License Sales Consultant (ALSC)
• Second Year: Autonomy License Sales Executive (ALSE)
• Third Year: Autonomy License Sales Director (ALSD)

Paycheck Details

• Salary Pay: 5th and 20th of every month
• Commission Pay: Third day following license-sale completion
• Compensation Method: Direct Deposit or Paper Check

First Year Compensation

• Commission Only — $104,400–$230,400

Second Year Compensation

• Salary Based on First-Year Performance, Increased by 10%

Third Year Compensation

• Salary plus team performance bonuses

All stages of Autonomy's recruitment, hiring, orientation, career training, competency assessment, and sales team certification process are provided at no cost to the candidate. All training materials, orientation manuals, certification materials, job resources, sales materials, prospect-development tools, and continuing position-support materials are also provided at no cost.
