B2B Collection Specialist-HIRING ASAP

We are seeking a dedicated Collections Specialist to manage a portfolio of accounts, performing collection activities and maintaining accurate records.

About the role

Manage a portfolio of approximately 800 accounts in a dynamic team environment with ample growth opportunities. This is a Contract to Hire, fully onsite position based in Scottsdale, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 40 calls per day
• Perform collection activities and account follow-up
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Document account activity and maintain accurate account records

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business-to-business collection calls
• Experience in collections, accounts receivable, and reconciliation
• Proficiency in accounting, invoicing, and cash application
• Knowledge of aging reports and B2B Collection
• Strong understanding of billing, onboarding, and the contract-to-cash lifecycle
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using systems such as GetPaid, Salesforce, SAP, or similar ERP/AR platforms

Qualifications

• Previous business-to-business Credit & Collections experience preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Basic Excel skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional email etiquette and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a high-volume workload

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Pay

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour.
