Responsibilities
- Possess and develop new business through cold outreach, networking, and lead generation
- Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions to business owners and decision-makers
- Manage the sales pipeline using Clarity.ai CRM
- Track activities and performance metrics to ensure consistent follow-up and lead nurturing
- Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Tech, web, or app development sales experience is a plus
- Self-driven and highly motivated
- Comfortable working independently
- CRM experience preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong earning drive
