Responsibilities

  • Possess and develop new business through cold outreach, networking, and lead generation
  • Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions to business owners and decision-makers
  • Manage the sales pipeline using Clarity.ai CRM
  • Track activities and performance metrics to ensure consistent follow-up and lead nurturing
  • Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals
  • Tech, web, or app development sales experience is a plus
  • Self-driven and highly motivated
  • Comfortable working independently
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong earning drive

Compensation & Earning Potential

Commission-Based | Uncapped Earnings
$5,000–$25,000+ per month typical earnings
