AWS Solutions Architect

Position Overview

This role involves working within a complex cloud environment supporting numerous staff and students, focusing on AWS architecture, operations, and support.

MUST-HAVES

• Active AWS Associate-level certification (required): AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate OR AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer (active/valid at time of application).
• Office location: Suwanee, GA 30024.
• Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Technical Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with AWS architecture, operations, and support.
• Hands-on with core AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC/Networking, AWS Identity Center, and RDS.
• Strong AWS security best practices: IAM/least privilege, encryption, network segmentation/configuration.
• Able to design highly available, scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
