AWS Solution Architect

About the role

As a cloud computing application architect, you will create a cloud-based technical architecture that meets client needs and utilizes AWS cloud services. You will work with the team and clients to inform strategy and design, ensuring standards are met throughout the cloud migration process. You will recommend tools and solutions based on your research of the current environment and knowledge of various on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources. You will lead your team as they help the client overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and communicate AWS computing solutions and interface effectively with customers and engineers
• Lead the team in overcoming client’s most difficult challenges in the cloud
• Research and recommend tools and solutions based on current environment and knowledge of various resources
• Ensure standards are met throughout the cloud migration process

Requirements

• Experience with AWS cloud services, observability, high-power computing, secure computing, and cross-domain services
• Knowledge of secure cross-domain information transfers
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and containerization pipelines
• Ability to conceptualize and communicate AWS computing solutions and interface effectively with customers and engineers
• TS/SCI clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Nice if you have: Experience with secure computing, observability, and ML; Knowledge of software development, automated testing, and MBSE; Ability to conceptualize and detail modular, open application architectures; Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).

Our work model includes options such as remote, hybrid, and onsite work arrangements, depending on the role and location.
