We are seeking a Senior Amazon Connect Developer with strong experience designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise contact-center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS cloud services.The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, IVR, ACD, call routing, skill-based routing, messaging, conversational technologies, AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, Kinesis, DynamoDB, EventBridge, and other AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Amazon Connect contact-center solutions.
• Develop and maintain call flows, contact flows, IVR solutions, routing strategies, and customer interaction workflows.
• Design and implement Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) functionality.
• Implement skill-based routing and advanced call-routing strategies.
• Develop and support live-chat and messaging capabilities.
• Translate business and technical requirements into Amazon Connect solutions.
• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Review, analyze, and document contact-center requirements and workflows.
• Develop process-flow diagrams and technical documentation for contact-center solutions.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services and enterprise applications.
• Develop serverless components using AWS Lambda with Node.js, Python, and/or Java.
• Develop conversational solutions using Amazon Lex and related natural-language processing capabilities.
• Implement data streaming and analytics solutions using Amazon Kinesis Streams.
• Work with AWS Glue for data processing and integration.
• Configure and support AWS VPC-based solutions.
