AWS Account Account Manager, Financial Services, US Financial Services

Responsibilities
- Drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts.
- Engage with and influence C-level executives.
- Develop and execute against a territory strategy and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with all aspects of the customer’s organization, including C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers (CEO, CFO, CIO).
- Work collaboratively with all appropriate AWS resources (Executives, Partner, Support, Solution Architect) to support customer interests.
- Implement a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation.
- Strongly advocate for the customer in harmony with what the AWS business needs.

- Understand how to strongly advocate for the customer in harmony with what the AWS business needs.
- In addition to new service adoption and new line of business development, this role includes dotted line responsibility for partnership and technical collaboration.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
- Experience engaging with and influencing C-level executives
- 5+ years of experience working with enterprise customers in a quota-carrying role
- Experience developing and executing against an account/territory plan
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling cloud solutions
- Experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record
- Knowledge of the Financial Services industry, including regulatory landscape, digital transformation trends, and key technology challenges
- Familiarity with AWS services and the broader cloud computing ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers (CEO, CFO, CIO)
- AWS Certifications (e.g., Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect)
