Awake Overnight Direct Support Professionals
About the role
AHL HealthCare Group is seeking deeply compassionate, dedicated individuals to serve as Awake Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This role is about more than care—it is about showing up with empathy, patience, and respect as an advocate, supporter, educator, and trusted presence for individuals living with disabilities or mental health challenges. Responsibilities
- Assist with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Demonstrate positive and supportive behavior with clients and coworkers
- Medication administration and documentation
- Work independently and problem-solve effectively
- Administer basic first aid as needed
- Socialize with residents and participate in activities with them
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass a MN DHS background study
- Every other weekend availability required

Pay
$17.50 – $19.00/hour (rate varies by driving status and location hired)
Schedule
Full-time or part-time; awake overnight shift, 11 pm – 7 am
Locations: Duluth, MN 55803; program(s) located on the outskirts of Duluth
