Awake Night Direct Support Recovery Worker

About the role

Responsible for providing direct support services to individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. Works closely with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support services including counseling, case management, and advocacy
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and interactions
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in mental health or substance abuse field
• Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Knowledge of addiction treatment principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy

Pay

$20.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
