Awake Overnight Direct Support Professionals

About the role

AHL HealthCare Group is hiring Awake Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join their team. This role involves providing compassionate, dedicated care to individuals living with disabilities or mental health challenges. Compensation

- Hourly rate: $17.50 - $19.00 - Location-specific compensation may vary

Hours of Position

- Full-time/Part-time - Awake overnight shift: 11 pm – 7 am

Location

- Duluth, MN 55811 - Hiring for programs located on the outskirts of Duluth

Typical Job Duties

- Assist with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry - Demonstrate positive and supportive behavior with clients and coworkers - Medication administration, documentation - Work independently and problem-solve effectively - Administer basic first aid as needed - Socialize with residents and participate in activities with them

Requirements

- Must be 16 years or older - Ability to pass a MN DHS background study - Every other weekend availability required
