AVP - Technical Transformation - Legal Innovation Hub

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the technical transformation vision for the Legal & E&C function
• Own the architecture and roadmap of the Hub's AI platform
• Embed with legal teams to understand their workflows and needs
• Lead efforts to connect operational systems and curate institutional knowledge
• Drive large-scale deployment of AI tools and automation across the department
• Lead, mentor, and grow the technical organization, ensuring technical standards are met
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on rapid technology adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; 10+ years of corporate experience with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to set a technical vision and lead transformation initiatives
• Hands-on expertise in applied AI and automation with rapid deployment capabilities
• Experience with frontier AI models and major cloud platforms
• Skilled in stakeholder influence across organizational boundaries
