VP Legal Systems & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Own and configure Ironclad for improved legal operations
• Design integrations across key platforms like Salesforce and Workday
• Build metrics reporting and dashboards to enhance data governance
• Lead initiatives focused on legal systems’ configuration and integration
• Manage data flows between Legal platforms and enterprise systems for contract lifecycle support
• Ensure data accuracy and usability for compliance and decision-making
• Collaborate with Legal leadership to define and analyze departmental metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of industry experience, with minimum 2 years in an AVP role or equivalent
• 5+ years in legal operations or systems integration, with a focus on CLM and BI tools
• Experience with Ironclad, Salesforce, Workday, and other enterprise systems is essential
