About the role
LHIC is seeking a driven, independent technology professional to lead the digital transformation of both practices. The ideal candidate will assess the current technology stack, eliminate manual bottlenecks, integrate AI-powered workflows, and build the infrastructure that allows the legal team to focus on lawyering.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and optimize the current technology stack
- Identify and implement AI-powered workflows
- Build and maintain the necessary infrastructure
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
- Assess and integrate new tools like Claude Enterprise and SupioCase management
- Ensure compliance with legal and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Experience with legal technology and workflow automation
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and collaboration tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Understanding of legal practices and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications
- Technical degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Experience with legal document creation and management software
- Experience with e-filing systems and case management software
