AVP, Sr. Product Manager - Agentic Workflows

About the role

This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Location & compensation

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $170,000 – $190,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflow challenges and opportunities for AI automation through user interaction
• Travel to various company locations to grasp business processes
• Translate business needs into product requirements and prioritize AI initiatives
• Design and prototype AI workflows with contemporary development tools
• Gather stakeholder feedback on prototypes and refine accordingly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition prototypes into production
• Define and report on performance metrics related to AI workflow implementations
• Maintain essential documentation for workflow governance and AI development practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of product management experience, specifically in AI, machine learning, or automation
• Proven experience managing full product lifecycles from design to adoption
• Collaborative experience with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Preferred experience in regulated industries like commercial real estate or financial services
• Familiarity with modern developer tools such as Python, Git, and JSON
