AVP, Sr. Product Manager - Agentic Workflows

About the role

The AVP, Senior Product Manager - Agentic Workflows will own the strategy, development, and execution of AI-driven workflow solutions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to identify opportunities, build innovative solutions, and deliver products that enhance productivity and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with business teams to identify workflow challenges and opportunities for AI-powered automation.
• Conduct user research, process analysis, and field observations to uncover insights that inform product strategy.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and actionable development roadmaps.
• Design, prototype, test, and refine AI-enabled workflows using modern AI tools and development platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, legal, procurement, and other teams to transition solutions from concept to production.
• Define success metrics and measure product adoption, efficiency improvements, quality enhancements, and business impact.
• Maintain product documentation, evaluation frameworks, and governance materials to support responsible AI development.
• Communicate product priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful AI solutions and improve product development practices across teams.
• Travel periodically to offices and field locations to gain deeper understanding of business processes and user needs.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in AI, automation, and technology-driven transformation.
• This individual combines strategic product thinking with hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience with a proven history of delivering AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions into production.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design through implementation, adoption, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflows.
• Ability to independently prototype AI solutions using modern AI development tools and platforms.
• Experience translating complex business challenges into scalable technology products.
• Familiarity with developer tools and technologies such as Git, GitHub/GitLab, Python, JSON, YAML, and Markdown is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality execution.
• Experience in commercial real estate, financial services, mortgage finance, or other regulated industries is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to support user engagement and business discovery.
