What You’ll Do
- Build and lead a team of talented Enterprise Account Executives to drive growth across strategic and enterprise customers.
- Inspire a culture of teamwork, customer value, and measurable business outcomes.
- Develop trusted relationships with customers and partners to support long-term growth and success across North America - West.
- Foster continuous learning and a strong understanding of Stuut's technical capabilities and future product roadmap.
- Lead North American West Enterprise growth planning while ensuring forecast accuracy and a predictable, high-growth business.
- Scale and accelerate sales through a repeatable playbook and AI-driven business transformation initiatives.
- Help customers drive innovation, operational efficiency, and revenue growth by leveraging the Stuut’s AI Platform.
Who You Are

- Experience building a high-growth sales team serving enterprise customers within North America.
- Sold New technologies at fast growing and nimble businesses.
- History of exceeding sales quotas in similar high-growth Enterprise software companies.
- Understanding of value selling and structured methodologies e.g. MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of Message and SPICE
- Knowledge of developing the partner ecosystem to help grow strategic enterprise territories.
- Success implementing strategies for usage and booking-based sales revenue models.
