Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Deliver sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Allocate resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Lead succession planning and talent reviews.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand strategy across the Area.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement performance improvement plans where needed.
  • Drive adoption of data-driven decision making.
  • Partner closely with: Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Sales Operations, Training, HR, Compliance, Commercial Analytics to optimize ongoing business performance.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
  • 10 - 15 years in sales and management in the healthcare industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading first-line sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proven track record exceeding sales objectives.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive self-starter who can lead work and manage others independently.
  • Exceptional track record of developing and implementing sales strategies and programs.

Working Conditions

  • Position may require periodic evening and weekend work, as necessary to fulfill obligations.

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $240,000-$320,000.
