AVP, Growth Manager

For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking an AVP Growth Manager to strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of growth programs, ensuring alignment and measurable outcomes
• Develop and implement program governance frameworks for consistent delivery
• Collaborate with events team and external partners on conference planning and execution
• Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership with insights to enhance outcomes
• Tactically manage project deliverables aligned with strategic objectives
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify scalable best practices
• Collect client feedback to support capability expansion initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years in financial services, specifically in wealth management
• Proficient in Excel with 5+ years of experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Series 7, 66, 9 & 10 certifications preferred

Pay

$99,910 – $166,448 annually
