AVO Mission Specialist

About the role

HireArt is assisting an autonomous ride-hailing company in seeking an AVO Mission Specialist to bring their vision to life. This role involves ensuring safety, maintaining vehicle readiness, conducting tests, and representing the company's brand.

Responsibilities

• Drive 4-8 hours a day with a focus on safety.
• Conduct basic software operation tasks.
• Support missions through various roles both inside and outside of vehicles.
• Aid in documentation and metric collection.
• Provide accurate written and verbal feedback to engineering teams.
• Support vehicle maintenance and logistics.
• Perform daily basic vehicle preventative maintenance checks, services, and repairs.
• Offer logistical support for vehicle and equipment movement and storage.
• Ensure vehicle, equipment, and workplace readiness and cleanliness.
• Assist with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness.

Requirements

• Basic vehicle knowledge for performing checks and driving for up to 6 hours per day.
• Basic technology skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive mindset and resourcefulness.
• Proven driving record with no criminal history.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience preferred.
• Military experience preferred.

Pay

Compensation starts at $27.00 per hour, with additional bonuses for weekend and night shifts.

Schedule

• Day shift: 7:45am-4:15pm
• Night shift: 3:45pm-12:15am
