About the role
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN to join our team at our School Case program in Loganville, Georgia. This position is ideal for those who want to make a difference in the lives of teenagers with high acuity needs, such as those requiring tracheostomy or ventilator support.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes
- Document patient care electronically
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Adhere to all healthcare policies and procedures
Requirements
- Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (one year required in Georgia)
- Reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Pass TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- One year of hands-on nursing experience in Georgia preferred

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of home healthcare protocols

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Monday-Friday, 5:00am-3:00pm
