Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting, including those with trach and high acuity needs.
• Ensure clinical outcomes through compassionate, empathetic homecare services.
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients’ homes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
