About the role

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-acuity care to patients with tracheostomy tubes and other complex needs.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document care electronically using tablets provided in each patient's home.
• Participate in ongoing skill advancement and training programs.

Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
• Have current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• Pass TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Have six months of hands-on nursing experience (preferred).
• Have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification (Aveanna can assist with obtaining this requirement after hire).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Reliable transportation.
