Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse LPN - Trach/Vent Toddler

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to pediatric clients, including those with trach/vent needs.
• Ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic homecare.
• Utilizing electronic documentation via a tablet in patients’ homes.
• Collaborating with a team to deliver personalized nursing services.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component; assistance available post-hire if needed.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience.
