Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse LPN - Trach/Vent Child

Responsibilities

• Providing high-acuity, pediatric care for patients with trach/vent needs in their homes.
• Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic nursing care.
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes.
• Collaborating with a team to deliver personalized patient care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• PREFERRED: Six months of hands-on nursing experience.
