Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse LPN - Trach/Vent Adult

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home healthcare for adult patients with complex needs, including trach/vent care and mobility assistance.
• Use electronic documentation tools and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state, with a current CPR certification, TB test within 12 months, and reliable transportation.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
