Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric clients with varying acuity levels, including those with G-tubes, trachs, and vents.
• Maintain clinical documentation electronically, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with families and healthcare teams.
• Provide care across different schedules and settings, adapting to patient needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
• Current CPR certification (training available post-hire if needed)
• TB skin test within last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• PREFERRED: Six months of hands-on nursing experience
