Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes
- Document patient care electronically
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
- Adhere to state licensing and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
