Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients with seizures and feeding tubes, ensuring clinical outcomes are met with empathy and professionalism.
• Assess and monitor patients' health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Utilize electronic documentation tools in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Preferred: Six months of hands-on nursing experience.
