Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Ensuring positive clinical outcomes through skilled patient management
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes
• Supporting patient comfort and safety with G Tube acuity care

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Six months of prior nursing experience preferred but not required
