Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to children in home settings.
• Manage patient needs related to seizures and feeding tubes.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation using provided tablets.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; transfer of compact licenses within 90 days if applicable.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• PREFERRED: Six months of hands-on nursing experience.
