Responsibilities
- Deliver care to patients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as feeding, hygiene, and mobility
- Document patient care in real-time using tablets provided by Aveanna
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Provide emotional support and empathy to patients and families
Requirements
- Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
