About the role
Candidates must be local to the Philadelphia area.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated technical experience in audio-visual and collaboration technologies.
- Relevant engineering certifications related to audio-visual and conference room equipment, including Microsoft Surface Hub and Poly systems.
- Experience implementing and supporting audio-visual solutions for conference rooms, executive briefing centers, and situation rooms.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and Zoom collaboration platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple initiatives.
- Experience working with and managing third-party vendors.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management principles.
- Experience using ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification would be nice to have.
