About the role

Freeman Corporation is hiring production operators for its Winchester plant. These entry-level positions support the production of wood veneer used by manufacturers of flooring, doors, hardwood plywood, furniture, and cabinets. Tasks depend on production needs, with current opportunities focused on veneer stacking and general production work.

Responsibilities

• Stack, feed, and handle wood veneer to support production.
• Assist in moving and organizing materials in the assigned area.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work with your team to keep production running and meet quality expectations.

Requirements

• Applicants must be over 18 years old.
• Reliability and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to perform essential physical tasks of the job, including handling and lifting wood veneer, and standing while working, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Schedule
