Produccion General – Primer Turno

About the role

Perform a variety of tasks related to poultry processing, including working with live or raw chicken. Tasks may involve handling and processing chicken products, deboning, cutting, packaging, weighing, moving, and inspecting, among others. Additional duties may be assigned under supervision as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate and process poultry products
• Debone and cut chicken
• Package, weigh, and move products
• Inspect products for quality and safety
• Perform other assigned tasks under supervision
• Adapt to periodic changes in department or position based on production and staffing needs

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Willingness to work in varying conditions (heat, cold, humidity, noise)
• Ability to work around industrial equipment
• Capability to stand for several hours, lift/push/pull up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive arm, wrist, and hand movements
• Willingness and ability to work in other departments or positions as needed

Qualifications

• Strong work history with demonstrated commitment to the job
• Previous experience in poultry production or food manufacturing environment
