About the role

This position is within Cargill's protein and salt business, providing high-quality, healthy food products to a wide range of customers, from food service operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.

Responsibilities

• Work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment to complete various processes, including weighing, bagging, packing, unpacking, labeling, and packaging meat products
• Understand and comply with all safety rules and regulations
• Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions in a warm or cool environment, as well as slippery surfaces and various heights
• Stand for long periods of time, use ladders, and use personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas of the facility
• Perform other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older

Qualifications

• Previous experience in meat processing (preferred)
• Previous experience in a repetitive or fast-paced industrial environment (preferred)

• Job Type: Full Time
• Shift(s) Available: 1st
• Compensation: $19.31/hr
