About the role

This position is within Cargill’s protein and salt business, providing high-quality, healthy food products to a wide range of customers, from food service operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.

Responsibilities

• Trim fat, skin, defects, or contamination from muscle and tissue.
• Support beef meat processing functions.
• Use knives and other tools for general tasks.
• Weigh, label, bag, package, and box finished products.
• Ensure food safety and quality.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Willingness and ability to work the second shift: 3:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Experience in meat processing (preferred).
• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or a similar environment (preferred).
• Experience using knives (preferred).

Pay

$22.65/hour, plus an additional $0.75/hour shift differential.

Schedule

Second shift: 3:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
